Scheduling is available Monday through Friday by phone (206-475-8378) or email ([email protected]) .  Our service days are Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 AM and 4 PM.  We look forward to receiving your voicemail or email!  We check our messages throughout the day Monday through Friday and will respond within 24 hours. We do not check our messages from Friday after 5 PM until Monday 8 AM or on observed holidays.  If you are having an urgent matter please visit or contact one of our full service hospitals.

Emergency & Urgent Care

While SVA On the Go is pleased to assist you with your pet's health, we are not equipped to handle emergencies or urgent problems. Emergency care should be coordinated through one of our four hospitals: Green Lake Animal Hospital, Queen Anne Animal Clinic, Ravenna Animal Hospital or Northwest Veterinary Hospital

Emergencies include, but are not limited to:

  • Toxin ingestion (chocolate, rat bait, grapes/raisins, medications)
  • Respiratory/breathing difficulty
  • Seizures
  • Being extremely weak or unable to walk
  • Active bleeding
  • Trauma/accidents

Our four SVA facilities are often available for urgent care when the condition is not life threatening. If your pet needs to be seen before you are able to book an appointment, the facility teams will do their best to accommodate you and your pet's needs between scheduled appointments.
